Why Yoga for Women’s Health?
Women’s health is cyclical, sensitive, and often overlooked -especially in modern systems of care. Hormonal fluctuations affect everything from energy levels to mood, digestion to sleep, yet many of us are taught to ignore these rhythms or push through them.
Yoga, when practiced with awareness, offers a profound path to support the female body across its many phases: menstruation, fertility, premenstrual symptoms, perimenopause, and more.
Combined with Ayurvedic wisdom and nervous system regulation, it becomes a therapeutic practice for hormonal balance and emotional well-being.
